Hi Meltwater Support,I’m having difficulty logging into my Meltwater account. After entering my credentials, the Meltwater logo appears on the screen, but the page does not load beyond that point.I also selected “Forgot Password,” but I have not yet received the password reset email.Would you please assist with restoring access to my account?Thank you,Adarian Williams

What tips do you have for crafting email subject lines to maximize open rates? For instance, is there a suggested order of words? Will certain special symbols like “&” or “-” land my email in far more spam filters? Should I limit the subject line to a certain number of characters? Should I get the “main idea” or key words of the subject line within a certain number of characters? Does “click bait” language work well? How should clearly identifying the topic of my organization’s emails -- which are overwhelmingly press releases -- be balanced with brevity and intrigue? Looking for advice beyond the line “… long enough to cover the essentials but short enough to be interesting”? Does Meltwater already generate any analysis showing what has worked in the subject lines my colleagues and I have used? How much time do PR professionals on average dedicate to creating their subject line and how much time should they spend? I will add the caveat that I know that subject line crafting is onl

For Daily Digest emails, is there a time “cut off,” where I won’t receive any mentions that have been made one hour before the digest sends out or does the digest include everything in the 24 hours since the last email? 

I’ve seen that it’s possible to run a boolean search using the ‘X Followers’ operator. Is there no such thing as an ‘X Following’ operator? It appears to be a field that exists, just not an operator you can run in a query.

We have issued several press releases through Meltwater and have a decent open rate, but is there an easy way to identify which journalists are most engaged with us across all our Media Lists please?

Hi team,I saw that in your platform you have Views and Estimated Views as metrics to represent the viewability of the contents. However, I was wondering about where I can see which platforms share Views metric and the others that shows Estimated Views metric. Per my exported data, I saw that we have a mix of channels for each one of them.Thanks in advance,Andi.

When I try to connect my Instagram and Facebook, I successfully log in to Meta and it says “has been connected to Meltwater”. But when I hit finish, and the status changes to processing in the Meltwater dashboard. It quickly goes away and doesnt load. 

Hi - I’m relatively new to Meltwater - onboarded in May - but have recently noticed my daily digests that used to land in my Outlook primary inbox are now arriving in the ‘other’ inbox?Is that an Outlook setting? How can I track all mentions of my organization in the media? I want to get a report of written and televised news media coverage. 

On timestamp 22:43 of this video, I got lost which button or link presentor Zach clicked on to get the Influence View of the creator profile.I was following the steps on the actual dashboard and I can’t seem to find the same view.  

It would be great if users had the option to remove the notifications feature on the left hand side, because it blocks the view of the screen particularly if working quickly.

I finally have the time to go back and catch up on the Data Driven Coms courses. These were so good at providing new ways of how to deliver actionable insights to managers and leadership about media monitoring. I’ve spent the most time on the 2nd course because it could really change so much of what I do. I already took the quiz  for ‘Actionable Intelligence’ now I want to take the quiz for part I and part III but can’t find them in mAcademy. Any suggestions on how I can get to them?
