Accessing broadcast videos pre Nov 2024

I have not been able to view broadcast media related to my searches before Nov. 2024. I saw the email that Meltwater was switching broadcast/video providers and this could impact access. But I am having a hard time reaching them for a response or support on this topic. Are these videos gone forever? I just started using Meltwater in November to track media sentiments for a specific client. I have tried searching the internet or specific news channels for the videos but this process takes a long time. Any tips or advice is welcome.

How to exclude your own social accounts from Explore searches?

Hi everyone!I just started a new role as a Marketing Analyst and I’m very new to Meltwater. There have been some saved explore and Boolean searches saved by my team members, but they’ve been getting a lot of alerts for DCLI’s social accounts. I’d like to exclude content posted on DCLI’s insta, FB, Linkedin, etc so we don’t get alerts when our company posts on social accounts.How do I do that?TIA & I appreciate all the helpful responses! :)

TikTok and YouTube monitoring

Hi!So I’m pretty new to meltwater still, so forgive me if the question is a bit rookie. I'm looking at some talents and want to know their reach on different social media platforms. I’m able to see their instagrams but not TikTok and YouTube channels. I’m searching with boolean “author:”jeppelgaard”” for example but nothing is coming up.Is there something I need to set up for searching YouTube and TikTok as well as there is for Facebook and instagram? Any help is appreciated 🙏🏻

Hi All, I need help understanding what Top Keywords mean. Is that keywords from a google search? Or is that keywords in a news article based on my explore search boolean advanced logic that looks for my specific mention words and adds all top words in all articles?

Best Ways to Pull Data in Meltwater

Hi All, I have noticed that the “Explore” feature allows for way more filtering of data and also includes a bunch of visualizations for me. “Analyze” dashboards doesn’t allow as much filtering or flexibility. Is this the best way to pull CSV raw data is in the “Explore” feature/tab? How should I pull monthly data? Do I need to filter each month in the date range and pull CSV downloads each time for each month? Thanks!

Visualising Data

Good afternoon everybody😀Is it possible to view 18 months worth of data within the same search?I’ve tried combing two separate searches but the following error message pops up “Sorry, using a date range more than 12 months is not yet supported. Please select a smaller date range.”  Would I have to open 2 separate Analyse widgets and place them alongside each other?And if it’s currently not possible (see error message above) I’ll add it to Product Ideas list. TIAAl

MONITOR environment I currently have two streams monitoring filtering Twitter results based onCol 1: Author List (contains 9 Twitter Authors)Col 2: Handle Search Term covering the same 9 Twitter Authors above Here are the results: In theory the results should match exactly (and they do when run through Explore) - What I can’t work out is why the discrepancy?

I’ve been looking into dissemination of imagery during ‘campaigns’ including the use of imageText search terms (used to identify text within an image) however, I don’t seem to be receiving any results from Twitter, even though I know there are results there? Thoughts?

Retweet Analysis

Hi all - looking for the communities help: What Boolean search would return all retweets of an account? For example, if I want to see who are the main retweeters of @Cristiano.I have tried using (to:"Cristiano" AND postType:rp), however this also returns retweets of other accounts that have mentioned @Cristiano i.e. [RT] @Messi: On 23 May, @Cristiano.… My mind isn’t working properly today :-( Thanks

Why are excluded sources of data showing in my search when I limit the search to "News and Social"?

 For the March Boolean Competetion, I tested the code given below, yet there were results coming from other sources (Reddit, Blogs, YouTube, etc.)? Could anybody explain this?
