Our team is trying to demonstrate the value of pursuing an interview opportunity with a major news/television program (think Entertainment Tonight, Inside Edition, Dateline, etc.). Is there a way to generate a report with Meltwater that conveys the overall numbers surrounding this program (Reach, AVE, ratings etc.)? I’ve tried creating a keyword search, but the numbers seemed a bit inflated since it was capturing all mentions across every individual/local news channel.

Hello,I do not understand the use of the option "On the lists" in the Media section/Search. This would be a valid and interesting one if I could avoid duplication from the sepecific lists that I would use for sending a press release but not to compare with all the lists that were created in the past.Instead of having a generic “non-duplication” option as it is now, I would rather select first the other lists that I would use to avoid such duplication.I really do not get the use of this option as it is set now.Thanks for you answer.Take careMarc

What does adding an RSS feed do to help the quality of my data?

I am a new user to MeltWater trying to understand the data coverage. I found the link below that indicates that most of the sources go back 15 months. Can someone confirm if that is the “farthest” back I can go for sources such as reddit, X, Reviews in particular? Is there a workaround or special handling in case I need data going back farther than 15 months?

Hi,I'm wondering if there's a way to write a query that returns: Posts based on specific keywords and post type (e.g., posttype:og) And the comments related to those posts (not just comments that contain the keywords themselves) I want to analyze both the posts and their comments to better understand how customers are feeling and reacting to the content or topic.Essentially:(“Keyword” AND posttype:og) + comments on those posts→ Posts related to keywords, and comments related to those posts.also i know that you can copy post link and return the comments but with large number of posts that can be hard to do Thank you

I am noticing that I will sometimes get notifications of a news article in my Digest Report, but that content is not appearing in my Monitor view at the same time. What would cause this? It can sometimes put me in a spot since other people on the team receive the same Digest Report so they know the story is out there with our mentions, but I can’t pull any analytics on it because it’s not appearing in my Monitoring view until much later. 

Hello,Has anyone experienced issues uploading a video to TikTok and Instagram? Screenshot attached. I was able to upload it successfully on YouTube and Facebook, but on other platforms, the frame rate is too high.Does anyone have suggestions on how to fix this?Thank you!Emma :) 

What time zone by default is Meltwater in when you filter for custom dates/times in search?

Hi,I’ve just recently created a new Engage-Measure cross-channel dashboard to measure KPIs for one of our latest social media marketing campaigns.Campaign consisted of a series of live events, most of our posts were uploaded natively (not in Publish).Now that it’s over, I created a specific [Tag], and tagged all published posts to measure end results. However, [Tag] is not showing or available in scroll-down menu.What am I missing? / Does this mean that in order to measure tagged posts, these MUST be published in Meltwater’s Publish app, and NOT natively?Thanks in advance.

Hello, Community!Recently, I found a media hit through Google on an event by my organization that did not show up in Meltwater. It was an independent broadcast station in Philadelphia, big enough that I was surprised the hit wasn’t included. How do I search Meltwater’s media database to see if this outlet is on it? Is there a way to see Meltwater’s media list? Does it include magazines? Hyper-local weeklies? Trade journals? Peer-reviewed journals? Does Meltwater have media lists for every city/town in the U.S., or are there any holes? In short, I would like to know how many and which news outlets are being scanned when I monitor our media coverage. Is that information available? Specifically, I am interested in Greater Chicago, Greater Philadelphia, all of Massachusetts, and national media outlets.Thanks so much,Norreida

I’m looking to a pull a report to show stakeholders are top stories from April 1st - Present and be able to weed out any irrelevant stories then export that to be apart of a presentation or in a word document. How can I do this and what kind of report would this best suit?

We would like to see a percentage of our coverage is national/consumer/regional/trade, is there a way to easily do this?
