If a press release isn’t available, Copilot will prompt you to upload the content directly within the workflow.  Note: This feature does not support Copilot-only users as you will need platform access to add content.  If you ask Copilot to create a PR impact report for a press release (e.g., “Create an impact report for this press release: [URL]”) and the content isn’t found, you’ll see the message: “The URL [URL] could not be found in the system. Please check the URL or ensure the content is added to your Meltwater account before proceeding. Let me know if you need further assistance!”   A box appears below prompting you to add the article. Known fields like title and description will be pre-filled. You can now favorite prompts in the Prompt Library so the ones you use most often are always easy to find. A new “Favorite Prompts” tab has been added, and it will appear first when you open the library. In the Prompt Library, click the star icon in the upper-right corner of a prompt to mark it as a favorite.  When creating a custom prompt, you can also toggle on Mark as Favorite.   To view all your favorited prompts, click the Favorite Prompts tab at the top of the library   To unfavorite a prompt, click the star icon in the upper right-hand corner or toggle off Mark as favorite when creating a custom prompt
