Digest Report vs. coverage in Monitor

I am noticing that I will sometimes get notifications of a news article in my Digest Report, but that content is not appearing in my Monitor view at the same time. What would cause this? It can sometimes put me in a spot since other people on the team receive the same Digest Report so they know the story is out there with our mentions, but I can’t pull any analytics on it because it’s not appearing in my Monitoring view until much later.

Hey ​@KLondon - after checking into this with our Support team, they think that this will need closer investigation to find out what’s happening here. They requested that you reach out to them directly, either via the help widget in the bottom right corner of the screen (Click Messages and then Send us a message)
