Uploading video error (frame rate too high)

Hello,

Has anyone experienced issues uploading a video to TikTok and Instagram? Screenshot attached. I was able to upload it successfully on YouTube and Facebook, but on other platforms, the frame rate is too high.

Does anyone have suggestions on how to fix this?

A safe framerate to export all your videos at is 30fps.

Hey @espiteri - different platforms have different frame rate limitations, you can find them outlined in this Help Center article: Publish: Channel Specific Options

To get these to upload to Instagram and TikTok, you will need to edit the video so that the frame rate is less than 60fps. Does this help?
