In checking out media monitoring for our brand “Esh Construction”, I’ve found that the coverage from a particular media title isn’t showing. This coverage is tracking under a different keyword/search “Stockton Waterfront” but surely it should be pinpointing any mention of our brand.The article mentions “Esh Construction” in the second paragraph and throughout, so I don’t understand why it wouldn’t be pulling through on a top level search for the brand. Can anyone advise?

I have not been able to view broadcast media related to my searches before Nov. 2024. I saw the email that Meltwater was switching broadcast/video providers and this could impact access. But I am having a hard time reaching them for a response or support on this topic. Are these videos gone forever? I just started using Meltwater in November to track media sentiments for a specific client. I have tried searching the internet or specific news channels for the videos but this process takes a long time. Any tips or advice is welcome.

Hi everyone!I just started a new role as a Marketing Analyst and I’m very new to Meltwater. There have been some saved explore and Boolean searches saved by my team members, but they’ve been getting a lot of alerts for DCLI’s social accounts. I’d like to exclude content posted on DCLI’s insta, FB, Linkedin, etc so we don’t get alerts when our company posts on social accounts.How do I do that?TIA & I appreciate all the helpful responses! :)

Hi! I’ve been watching a lot of training videos, which have been great. But I still can’t get the search under Monitor to pull any results from our blog even if I use URL:”https://company.getinsured.com/getinsured-policy-brief-notice-of-benefit-and-payment-parameters-nbpp-plan-year-2026/” as an example. My ultimate goal is to be able to include current blog posts from the company in our weekly newsletter to the team. So I’ve tried a bunch of different ways to get them to pull into search results. Would it be something on our end or am I doing something wrong?

Hi,My company uses the Meltwater newsletter feed for various markets. As the news cycle is usually dense in our industry (aviation), we can have up to four newsletters spaced over 24 hours, each distributed twice a day.I'm struggling to understand the how the different feeds overlap, eg. 0000 and 0600, 0900 and 1500, 1200 and 1800 and 2100 and 0300.I guess it's basic math but my boss is getting irritated that I can't grasp the overlap.Can you help? Please? 

Hi!So I’m pretty new to meltwater still, so forgive me if the question is a bit rookie. I'm looking at some talents and want to know their reach on different social media platforms. I’m able to see their instagrams but not TikTok and YouTube channels. I’m searching with boolean “author:”jeppelgaard”” for example but nothing is coming up.Is there something I need to set up for searching YouTube and TikTok as well as there is for Facebook and instagram? Any help is appreciated 🙏🏻

Hi All, I need help understanding what Top Keywords mean. Is that keywords from a google search? Or is that keywords in a news article based on my explore search boolean advanced logic that looks for my specific mention words and adds all top words in all articles?

Hi All, I have noticed that the “Explore” feature allows for way more filtering of data and also includes a bunch of visualizations for me. “Analyze” dashboards doesn’t allow as much filtering or flexibility. Is this the best way to pull CSV raw data is in the “Explore” feature/tab? How should I pull monthly data? Do I need to filter each month in the date range and pull CSV downloads each time for each month? Thanks!

hey fellas , I recently reinstalled win11 on my machine and quickly found out that (only) meltwater is not able to “fully” load on 5 different browsers I tried ! the machine is connected and no issues with speed and all other websites load , its just meltwater and I'm stuck at the logo screen after putting in my user and pass ( attached ) have anyone encountered such error ? and what can I do next ? 

Hi folks, My institution hasn’t quite yet switched over to the new version of newsletters - and I’ve found that it doesn’t display properly on desktops after it’s sent out. It looks fine on mobile, but with the desktop version the images don’t load properly and there’s a big spacing between them and the text sections.Has anyone else encountered this??

Hi again! I created a list and I’m noticing there are several contacts listed with out any contact information (email/phone). I don’t recall these populating prior to the product update for media lists. Is there a way to filter these out during search?Thanks!Kari
