Meet Mira Studio: Your New AI Teammate Is Here
How do you tag brands in Engage in the desktop environment (IG specifically)? I can’t see a way to click on the photo or add tags anywhere (not talking about Meltwater’s internal tagging system, but actually tagging other brands/individuals/entities’ handles so that they see a post). I’ve searched everywhere and only found one article - that showed how to do it in the app, not the desktop. Appreciate any guidance!
We have had three articles appear on the website and social media feed for a local TV news station over the past two-weeks but they have not been picked up by Meltwater. I just checked and updated my key word searches because I noticed the station added an apostrophe to our name, but a fresh search still didn't find the articles. The only thing I can think of that may be causing a problem is a recent rebrand by the station. If I try and open their website using Bing it won't open but I can easily open the website using Google. Is there any chance that could be causing a issue with Meltwater?
Good afternoon everybody😀Is it possible to view 18 months worth of data within the same search?I’ve tried combing two separate searches but the following error message pops up “Sorry, using a date range more than 12 months is not yet supported. Please select a smaller date range.” Would I have to open 2 separate Analyse widgets and place them alongside each other? And if it’s currently not possible (see error message above) I’ll add it to Product Ideas list. TIAAl
We are looking to build Booleans on the top 500 Chinese companies. However, we don’t understand the nuances of Chinese social media. Is there anyone in the community that could lend some expertise? Many thanks
The guidance indicates the command is:metaData.inReplyTo.url:“http://www.facebook.com/346937065399354_3700677913358569”However Facebook appear to have changed the URL format:https://www.facebook.com/BBCnewsafrica/posts/pfbid0D4tPKNHDrWJTDTd1YLjVH6onNBn7DPy8t9hsDX13qFT6hNuRToxm7QwVL2rLEq7Sl- is there another way to monitor Facebook comments for a specific post? TIAAl
MONITOR environment I currently have two streams monitoring filtering Twitter results based onCol 1: Author List (contains 9 Twitter Authors)Col 2: Handle Search Term covering the same 9 Twitter Authors above Here are the results: In theory the results should match exactly (and they do when run through Explore) - What I can’t work out is why the discrepancy?
I’ve been looking into dissemination of imagery during ‘campaigns’ including the use of imageText search terms (used to identify text within an image) however, I don’t seem to be receiving any results from Twitter, even though I know there are results there? Thoughts?
I have been asked to create and distribute a weekly electronic “clipping sheet” via email.I found I could easily create one by going to “Monitor,” selecting the articles I want to include in the clipping sheet, then click the “Share” icon to create the email.Unfortunately, we have several different categories of media we monitor with separate searches. If I select something in one category the selection isn’t maintained when I go to another category to make a selection. Essentially, I would have to create an email for each category with items I want to include in the clipping sheet.I would love to know if there is a better way to do this so I don’t have to spam our leadership with multiple emails.
Can I get an email each morning that contains the day’s media hits of my saved searches?
Hi all - looking for the communities help: What Boolean search would return all retweets of an account? For example, if I want to see who are the main retweeters of @Cristiano.I have tried using (to:"Cristiano" AND postType:rp), however this also returns retweets of other accounts that have mentioned @Cristiano i.e. [RT] @Messi: On 23 May, @Cristiano.… My mind isn’t working properly today :-( Thanks
Is there a way to update a current press release template, or do you just have to create a new one when there is a required change to an old template? Also, if a new template has to be created, is there a way to remove the old one so it is not accidently used in the future?
For the March Boolean Competetion, I tested the code given below, yet there were results coming from other sources (Reddit, Blogs, YouTube, etc.)? Could anybody explain this? Thanks!((infoType:“news” OR infoType:“social”) AND (“St. Patrick’s Day” OR "Saint Patrick's Day" OR “St. Patrick’s celebrat*” OR "Saint Patrick's celebrat*" OR “St. Patricks Parade” OR "Saint Patricks Parade" OR "St. Paddy's Day" OR "Saint Paddy's Day") AND (“Dublin, Ireland” OR (“Dublin” NEAR/5 “Ireland” OR "Festival Quarter") OR “National Museum of Ireland Collins Barracks”))
HI, I’m new to Meltwater. Trying to find some educational guidance on publishing, scheduling and exporting schedules from Meltwater. Appreciate any assistance. Thanks,Hilary
Hi, i’m new to Meltwater and Kelly Bebenek encouraged me to post my Q here. Here it goes. The prestige of different awards are not all the same. e.g., I dare say Gartner’s Cool Vendor or Forrester Wave mentions are more prestigious than many other industry awards/acknowledgements.With that said, recently, we’ve won some product awards. For one of them, we chose to write a press release and put it over the wire. Afterwards, I’m wondering if I should email a copy to my house media list i.e., the list of journalist, etc. we’ve interacted with in the past who might not pick up our wired release.Thx - Nancy
Our agency has been using the Meltwater, and I am new to the product and media relations. Would I be able to set up a 1:1, step-by-step tour of the product? I’d love to be able to learn as much as I can to produce a year-end report. Again, I am new -- so I can use the support.Thank you.Sincerely,Carlet
Hello everyone! I am new to Meltwater and just getting my explore boards set up. I have created searches in six different countries. In each country I want to know what the top languages being used are when people are talking about the topic, which is represented using a number of key words. My question is, will Meltwater searches be able to tell me with accuracy what the top languages are in the country related to the topic if I only use English in my inputting of key words? I see top languages appearing under “authors” in explore. Thank you! Robyn
