If I want to receive a daily/2x daily email of my media hits, how do I set that up?

Can I get an email each morning that contains the day’s media hits of my saved searches?

    Good morning @TMcFeeley!

I’m happy to help answer your question. In Meltwater we call this feature a daily digest. Here is a link to our help center which outlines everything you need to know on how to set a daily digest up. https://help.meltwater.com/en/articles/4064532-how-do-i-create-or-edit-a-digest-report

When you create your daily digest, you’ll be able to select up to 10 of your saved searches to be in the email. Once you select them, you can also reorder them to have whichever is most important to you at the top.

I also recommend that you sort your results by Reach, this will have the outlet with the largest audience at the top of the list.

If you haven’t done so already, make sure your Meltwater profile has your proper timezone selected. Details on how to set your timezone can be found here: https://help.meltwater.com/en/articles/4064537-get-started-with-account-settings

My last recommendation is that you explore setting up some of our smart alerts as well. These alerts can send you notifications in real time if there is a sudden spike in coverage, a shift in sentiment, or a high-reaching outlet publishes an article in regards to one of your saved searches. https://help.meltwater.com/en/articles/4723221-get-started-with-alerts

If you have any questions, let us know!
