Historical data going back farther than 15 months

I am a new user to MeltWater trying to understand the data coverage. I found the link below that indicates that most of the sources go back 15 months. Can someone confirm if that is the “farthest” back I can go for sources such as reddit, X, Reviews in particular? Is there a workaround or special handling in case I need data going back farther than 15 months?

    Hi @Anupam,
Explore is limited to 15 months of data, in saying this.  We are launching a new product next month called Explore+, and you will be able to get a lot more historical data with it.

Hi @Anupam - thanks for reaching out! The historical data limitations shared in the linked post are hard limits - the reasoning for each vary depending on the data source, but many are set by source API limitations and are completely out of our hands. If you can share more info on the specific data that you need to go back farther than 15 months on, I can try to find out more for you! (i.e. details about why a specific limit is in place and any known workarounds)

Yes, I current platform provides historical data going back to 27 months. This helps us make sure there are no seasonal elements we need to account for when analyzing the trends and how they have progressed historically. 15 months does give us some cover but 24 to 27 months (two cycles) would eliminate any issues.

Hey @Anupam - thanks for following up with the range you need! Are you able to share what data specifically you are looking for?

All data we would normally capture for 15 months. If that is not possible, we would be most interested in the actual “posts” + the Title, Source, Date/Time, Unique ID of the post and perhaps some limited metadata items.
