Outreach Report?

I feel like this is an easy question, but I can’t figure it out. Can I download or export the results of an outreach? You know you can see on your screen the graph and details about who opened your outreach or clicked on links, but can I export that list to a spreadsheet?

    Hi ​@ARespess - thanks for asking this, because I actually didn’t know the answer either, but I was able to get this answered. Yes, you can totally export these! You can do this by following the steps under “Following Up in Media Relations” in this Help Center article.

    For ease of reference, here they are:

     

    1. Click the Media Relations dropdown in the left-hand navigation menu
    2. Select Outreach
    3. Click on a given Outreach Distribution
    4. Click Open Rate
    5. Click on the Opened or Unopened bar in the graph 
    6. Select all or some recipients

     

    From here, this is different from the Help Center documentation, because instead of clicking the email/paper airplane icon, you will actually click the Export icon directly to its left. 

     

    You can download the Click through lists the same way.

     

    Quick callout: You will need to download these as 3 separate files, it isn’t possible to download all lists at the same time.
