Can I sort my outreach by open rates? I’d like to report which outreach gets the highest open rate etc.
I thought I saw an alert that this was now possible?

Can I sort my outreach by open rates

Since this was pretty recently added, I’m following up here with more info on sorting by open rate and some of the other optimizations that have been made to Media Relations lately,
First thing to notice is that when you are viewing your Media Lists, new sortable columns have been added to help you see at a glance what’s going on with your existing Media Lists. One of those columns is Open rate, which will show you the total Open rate for that particular Media List. However, if you click into that Media List to view the full list of journalists on that list, you will also have an Open rate column on that page.
If you hover over the Open rate header, an arrow will appear, allowing you to quickly sort all journalists in a given media list by open rate and action them accordingly.
As I mentioned in my previous post, we expect to see this feature available on the Outreach level in the coming months, and we’ll be sure to keep you updated in Product Updates!

We do not yet yet have the ability to sort Outreaches by open rate, but that is coming soon - we expect to see this delivered within the next few months!
