Hi,I'm wondering if there's a way to write a query that returns: Posts based on specific keywords and post type (e.g., posttype:og) And the comments related to those posts (not just comments that contain the keywords themselves) I want to analyze both the posts and their comments to better understand how customers are feeling and reacting to the content or topic.Essentially:(“Keyword” AND posttype:og) + comments on those posts→ Posts related to keywords, and comments related to those posts.also i know that you can copy post link and return the comments but with large number of posts that can be hard to do Thank you

Digest Report vs. coverage in Monitor

I am noticing that I will sometimes get notifications of a news article in my Digest Report, but that content is not appearing in my Monitor view at the same time. What would cause this? It can sometimes put me in a spot since other people on the team receive the same Digest Report so they know the story is out there with our mentions, but I can’t pull any analytics on it because it’s not appearing in my Monitoring view until much later.

Race To The Summit 2025 crisis dashboard: American Heart Association

This test case provided a great look outside my organization at an issue I often find while looking into topics that often flash as a potential crisis before quickly fading away. The test case looked at the American Heart Association being mentioned within the conversation and controversy around whether sugary sodas and other foods should be allowed under SNAP benefits.https://app.meltwater.com/report/public/fT9GQ3GYLRLeGNhXTXMBWCGjPASSWORD: RTSThe mentions surged for several days on X before fading just as fast. I used the brand report dashboard to offer my own context to the charts and arranged the slides to better show the peak and fall of the social mentions, where the negative sentiment was coming from and the keywords and key themes around it. Looks like I needed to create a post! Here’s my Dashboard. This is really handy when comparing certain types of media reporting that may have seasonality involved (E.G Christmas campaigns).

How can I be notified of new mentions?
