Introducing “AI Journalist Search” to help you find the best journalists for your story. Type your key messages, pitch, or press release into the search bar for personalized results of the top 200 suggested journalists. This goes beyond searching by name or keyword, and analyzes the meaning and messaging of content to recommend the most relevant and best-fit contacts for your story! How does it work?To get started, navigate to Media Relations Search and toggle to the AI journalist search tab and begin typing your key messages, email pitches, or press releases. Explore: User Interface Improvements BundleExplore Update

We have made updates to the Explore User Interface to help improve your experience:“Save as” now populates the new search name with the previous name + “Copy”: this highly requested feature helps simplify the process of creating a duplicate search by eliminating the additional step of copy/pasting 🙌 Speeding up the Boolean editor text input: When entering searches in the editor there could be a bit of a lag, but with this improvement text inputs will appear much more quickly 💨 Selected items in filters now appear at the top of the dropdown!: Select items from a long list (such as countries) and close the filter dropdown. When you reopen it, now your selected filters will appear at the top of the dropdown list, rather than their original placements. This removes the need to scroll to find selected filters, helping you save time and not miss important details! Alerts help you stay ahead of the curve by automatically sending key insights about your brand, competitors, or industry trends. For those who have multiple similarly-titled alerts, this can be confusing or inefficient, but this improvement in the Alerts page design makes it simpler to navigate and action. How does it work?Navigate to Alerts in the left-hand Navigation bar on the Meltwater homepage, or click the bell icon at the top of the page to open Alerts. If you have Alerts set up, this page will show you a table organized by Alert category where you can sort by search or page title, recipients, status, delivery, or date created. System Alerts are now in a separate tab for easier organization. Eagle-eyed users may have noticed the new Platform Assistant button at the top of the screen in the Meltwater platform: This is our new LLM-powered Assistant trained on Meltwater’s internal systems and knowledge base. Use it to answer common questions about your account, searches, or simply ask it to to help with select tasks, such as:How far back can I search in Meltwater? Help me measure the impact of this article: (paste URL) How many searches do I have saved in my account? How does it work?To launch the Platform Assistant, simply click on the button in the app header bar, as seen in the screenshot above.
