After Creating Your Newsletter Template and Selecting Content for Your Newsletter, it’s time to set up the details that determine who receives it, how it appears in inboxes, and when it’s delivered.
- Click Setup and Schedule in the top-right corner.
- Enter a Newsletter Name
- Enter a subject line
- Select your approved sender
- If applicable, select your language and time zone.
- Select a recipient list or create a new recipient list

Click the Select Recipient List drop-down

Select Recipient List to create a new distribution list.

Add in your recipients’ email addresses, separated by commas. You can add up to 1,000 email addresses per list.

Click Create

- Click Send Now or Schedule
