If you’re only pulling volume in Explore, you’re missing the real story behind the numbers.

In this second video tip of Insights unBoxed, @Cris Rice shows how to use Custom Categories in Explore — one of the smartest ways to organize your data and uncover what’s actually driving conversations. With Custom Categories, you can separate owned vs earned media, spotlight your executives, or zoom in on comments only for audience feedback.

In this video, you’ll see:
✅ How to set up a Custom Category in just a few steps
✅ Ways to use them to track executives, brands, and events
✅ A pro tip for excluding categories to focus on what matters most
