Most engaged journalists on our media lists

We have issued several press releases through Meltwater and have a decent open rate, but is there an easy way to identify which journalists are most engaged with us across all our Media Lists please?

    Hi ​@LeeMann this is a good workflow practice here is how I would do it:

    1. Go to Media Lists 
    2. Select the All Journalists tab
       
    3. Sort the Open Rate column to view the journalists with the highest open rate. 
       
    4. Use the checkboxes to select these journalists
    5. In the top-right corner of the table you can then email these journalists directly or add them to a new list

    Hi ​@LeeMann - great question!

     

    When you say press releases, do you mean general Outreach or Newswire Press Releases?

     

    If Outreach, you can review likely and confirmed pickups related to the emails you've sent!

     

    1. Click the Media Relations drop-down in the left-hand navigation
    2. Select Outreach
    3. Navigate to Pickups
    4. Click Review
    5. A right-hand slide out will appear showing the following:

      Thanks for your reply. That is kind of useful but it’s something else I was looking for. 

       

      We have issued general Outreach press releases - 16 in the last year. Within each Media List there is a percentage allocated to each journalist’s open rate. I was wondering if there is some way to have a ‘Top Ten’ of journalists who always open our press releases (eg they would all have a 100% open rate)
