Issues Connect Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok

When I try to connect my Instagram and Facebook, I successfully log in to Meta and it says “has been connected to Meltwater”. But when I hit finish, and the status changes to processing in the Meltwater dashboard. It quickly goes away and doesnt load.

    A teammate of mine has been experiencing this as well and escalated this to the support desk; however, we have not received a solution yet (it’s been a week or two at this point). I’d love to understand the problem as well and get a solution.

    Product Support has to look into this as it’s not working as expected.  I will expediate this request with our product support team and get back to you shortly.

    I heard back from Support.
    @sarahprh - you should hear from them shortly, I’ve escalated your ticket. They are going to let me know what the issue is so I can update everyone on how to fix it, if it’s not a bug.

    @chelseajimenez can you email help@meltwater.com with a screenshot of your issue as I’ve also flagged your email address to them so they know to look for it.
