Difficulty Logging into Meltwater Account

Hi Meltwater Support,

I’m having difficulty logging into my Meltwater account. After entering my credentials, the Meltwater logo appears on the screen, but the page does not load beyond that point.

I also selected “Forgot Password,” but I have not yet received the password reset email.

Would you please assist with restoring access to my account?

Hi @arnoldt - thank you for flagging this.

I double checked the https://status.meltwater.com/ page and all systems are up and operating. Have you tried clearing cache and cookies or a different browser?

If so, and you are still seeing the same thing, can you please email help@meltwater.com with specifics and any screenshots you may have. That will go straight to our support team who will be able to take a deeper look into what may be causing this.
