Best Academy Class

I think it really depends on what services you currently utilize/have access to in Meltwater and what your organization’s priorities are! For me, we mainly use Meltwater for media monitoring. So the Academy courses that pertain to the Meltwater media monitoring tools have been helpful so far in teaching me things that maybe I learned years ago but I’ve forgotten since we don’t use that aspect often/if at all and also some newer tips and tricks that I didn’t know about! I also like that there are courses that aren’t geared toward a specific Meltwater platform and are about marketing/communications in general! I’m always wanting to learn new things!

I’ve sent my team members so many messages the past few weeks with ideas for how we could improve our strategy with other Meltwater tools 😆 

Although I don’t use every single aspect of every single aspect of Meltwater, I’ve found that taking mCourses that aren’t necessarily in my direct lane, are extremely helpful to have a better cohesive understanding what options there are, and if/how I COULD use other aspects of Meltwater to help our team day to day.
