LLMs are now narrating brand reputation at scale, without oversight, and most comms strategies were never built with that in mind.
 

This was an amazing oportunity to see how Brands are tackling this new challenge and adapt to fast evolving technologies.

@MONICAFAJARDO Such a strong reflection from the GEO and AI visibility sessions 👏 The idea that LLMs have effectively become a new stakeholder for brands really reframes how communicators think about reputation, discoverability, and influence.

One of the biggest themes at Summit has been that brands can no longer focus only on what ranks in traditional search or what they publish themselves. They also need to understand how AI systems interpret, summarize, and narrate their brand across the broader digital ecosystem.

Really exciting to see so many teams already thinking proactively about how to adapt their strategies for this next era of communications.
