​@consumersenergy That statistic sparked a lot of important conversations at Summit. It’s a good reminder that AI adoption isn’t just about the technology itself, but also about confidence, trust, education, and making people feel empowered to use it in ways that actually help them.

One of the biggest opportunities moving forward will be making AI feel more accessible, practical, and less intimidating for everyone, regardless of role or experience level.
