This is such a great question, and honestly one of the more advanced conversations happening across Summit this year 👏

​@amyrobbins A few themes that came up repeatedly were watching for sudden shifts in conversation velocity, changes in language patterns, unusual engagement from niche communities, repeated questioning of brand intent, creator amplification, and spikes in “soft signals” like sarcasm, distrust, or speculation before sentiment scores noticeably move.

One of the biggest takeaways from the crisis and AI sessions was that reputational risk often shows up first through behavioral changes and narrative framing, not just positive vs. negative sentiment.
