Influencer notes are essential for capturing insights, preserving context, and keeping your team in sync when working with multiple influencers across campaigns. Whether it’s a quick observation, a performance update, negotiation details, or a reminder for future collaboration, documented notes ensure nothing falls through the cracks and help foster stronger relationships over time.

Campaign Specific Notes

These notes help you track influencer activity, performance, and campaign-relevant details. Perfect for capturing tactical updates and campaign-specific feedback.

General Profile Notes

Tied to an influencer’s profile, these offer a high-level view of your ongoing relationship with that influencer, independent of any one campaign.

Viewing and Managing Campaign-Specific

Via Campaign Members Tab (in Manage module)

1. Navigate to the Members tab in your campaign and switch to Relationship View.

    

   Note: Ensure the Notes column is visible (use the column customization button to enable it if not).

    

2. Click the ➕ icon to add a new note for an influencer.

    

   

    

3. If notes already exist, use the Edit button to open the thread and add more.

    

   

    

4. Each note displays who added it and when.

    

   

    

5. Use the kebab menu to edit or delete your own notes. Only the original author can modify their notes.

Via Campaign Connect

1. In the right-hand sidebar of influencer conversations (within your campaign’s Connect module), scroll to the Notes section to view, add, or edit notes.

    

   

Viewing and Managing General Notes

Via Influencer Profiles

1. Navigate to the influencer’s profile page and switch to the Relationship tab.

2. In Your Notes, view both General and Campaign-Specific notes.

3. Click in either section to add a new note or edit/delete an existing one from this view.

    

   

Via My Influencers (Table View)

1. From the Influencers tab in the My Influencers section, switch to Table View.

    

   

    

2. Use the Column Customization button and select General Notes from My Attributes to display this column.

    

   

    

3. You can view, add, or edit General Notes directly from this column.

    

   Note: Only General Notes can be managed here.

    

   

Via Centralized Connect Inbox

1. Within your Centralized Connect Inbox, open any influencer conversation and view/edit General Notes from the sidebar view.
