To help you start the conference feeling confident and prepared, we’ve pulled together answers to some of the most common questions attendees tend to have on the first day.

If something is not covered here, come find us at the mCommunity Lounge on the fifth floor. We are there all conference long.

General Questions

Where do I check in?
Registration is located on the sixth floor of the New York Marriott Marquis just outside of the doors to the main stage. Follow the signage or ask any staff member.

What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving by 8:30 to give yourself time to check in, grab coffee, and get settled before your first session.  Better yet, join us for the community breakfast and skip the registration line.

Where can I see the full agenda?
You can view the agenda in the Summit event app or on the Summit website. Be sure to bookmark the sessions you don’t want to miss!

The mCommunity Lounge (5th Floor)

This is your home base. Drop in to meet the mCommunity team, take a break between sessions, connect with other customers, and grab your swag. We have three activations this year — industry buttons to help you find your people, our annual Summit socks (for every pair we give, we donate three to a local shelter), and a new activation if you share your Summit experience in Community.

It is also a great spot if you need to catch up on email or take a meeting between sessions.

Sessions & Workshops

Do I need to pre-register for sessions?
Roundtable Discussions require advance sign-up. All other sessions and workshops are open seating, first come first served. Check this post for details and plan ahead for popular sessions.

What are Product Workshops?

Hands-on learning sessions where you get into the platform and work through real scenarios — media monitoring, reporting, media relations, AI-powered insights. Every workshop includes an assessment, and when you pass it you earn a LinkedIn certification.

What are Roundtables?
Peer-led lunch discussions on the topics that matter most to communicators right now. These are conversational, not presentational. You are at the table sharing what is working, what is not, and what is next.

Wi-Fi and Recordings

Wi-Fi is available throughout the venue. Main stage sessions will be recorded and shared in mCommunity after the event. Workshop and roundtable sessions will not be recorded.

Networking & Community

How can I meet other attendees?
Start with the Community Breakfast on Tuesday morning.  Pick up an industry button at the mCommunity Lounge so others in your space can find you. Join the roundtables. Use the networking breaks. And honestly, just introduce yourself. Everyone here is looking to connect.

Where should I share photos or highlights?

Post your favorite moments, photos, and takeaways in mCommunity. If you do, come to the Lounge for a little something extra.

Need help?

The mCommunity Lounge on the fifth floor is your first stop. Whether it is session recommendations, directions, or just a friendly face, we are here for you.

Have an amazing Summit— we’re excited to learn with you! 🚀
