Daily Digests going to 'Other' inbox in Outlook

Hi - I’m relatively new to Meltwater - onboarded in May - but have recently noticed my daily digests that used to land in my Outlook primary inbox are now arriving in the ‘other’ inbox?

Is that an Outlook setting? Has anyone else noticed their digests not arriving in their primary inbox?

    Hi Mel, I’m curious to know if this has happened to anyone else before too. 

    In the meantime I wonder if this article is of help - there is a section updating your email filters perhaps that will update the inbox settings for you
