  1. Click Add or Open
    • Request Access (if prompted). Depending on your company’s IT settings, you might see a “Request” button instead of “Install” on the Meltwater app profile. Clicking this will send a request to your IT team for approval.

Thanks for this info!

I’m completely unable to login to Meltwater inside MS Teams. I go through the “Login to Meltwater” button, which opens Edge. Then I login and it gets stuck after login on a Meltwater splashpage (just the logo) in an endless redirect loop. I’ve tried on multiple devices (computers and iPhones) and same result.

@JPRESTAEFO A System notification went out this morning as AWS. This was impacting a lot of software, including Meltwater (see below). I have a message into the product support team to ensure there is nothing else.

Hello Meltwater Team,

What's happening?

  • AWS is currently experiencing an outage affecting services hosted in certain regions. We have identified a few impacted systems

    • Atlassian / Slack / JAMF (mac users) / Asana / KnowBe4 / Totango / and more

What do you need to do?

  • Please do not close any active sessions you currently have open in these tools, and remain signed in if possible to avoid session interruptions

What are we working on?

  • We are actively monitoring the situation and coordinating with our vendors, including Atlassian Support and AWS, to restore services as quickly as possible. We will continue to share updates as more information becomes available

  • AWS Service Health/Incident Update can be checked here

I get that, but this has been a problem since before the AWS outage.

@JPRESTAEFO I’ve flagged this to Product Support but they need to speak with you to get the details.

  1. Can you open the chat button on the bottom right of the screen,
  2. Click on Send us a message - this will start a chat with our product support as they will have to look into your account and test a few things with you.
