Thanks for the quick response! Are their any initial trainings or certifications you’d recommend to get comfortable with the “Explore” Feature, Boolean Searches, and also how to social listen and compare against competitors?

I would say the Academy is the best place. You will also get some useful insights in the mCommunity channel (this one).

@BAHAnalytics - this landing page in mAcademy should get you started with Explore! The Foundations and Advanced Learning Paths will take you through most of what you’re looking for here. Foundations will walk you through the basics of boolean search and social listening, and Advanced will dig deeper into advanced boolean and will also cover benchmarking!
