Hi all,
I am proud of the work I have done in my current role and the results I have delivered in just a year and a half. However, I am seeking a transition because the organization has experienced ongoing operational and structural instability that has made it difficult to do my best work sustainably.
Specifically, I have encountered repeated issues related to compensation timing, reimbursement of approved expenses, and lapses in benefits administration, alongside very high turnover across staff and leadership. While I have remained focused on delivering strong outcomes despite these challenges, it has become clear that the environment is not aligned with the level of stability, accountability, and long-term partnership I am seeking in my next role.
I am motivated to move toward an organization with clear systems, strong leadership continuity, and a culture that supports both mission impact and employee well-being. I am excited about finding a role where I can commit my skills, experience, and leadership for the long term and continue to grow alongside the organization.

- Organizational stability, integrity, and values alignment
I am seeking an organization with strong operational foundations, transparent leadership, and a culture that values accountability, respect, and sustainability. It’s important to me to work in an environment where systems are reliable, people are supported, and the mission is reflected not only externally but also in how the organization operates internally. - A senior communications role with strategic influence and cross-department partnership
I am looking for a position where communications, marketing, and storytelling are treated as strategic functions, not just promotional tools, and where I can partner closely with executive leadership, development, programming, and operations. I’m especially interested in roles that allow me to shape narrative, audience engagement, and revenue alignment while also leading and mentoring teams. - Mission-driven impact and long-term growth
I want my next role to be one where I can commit for the long term, continue to grow as a leader, and contribute meaningfully to an organization’s mission and public impact. I am particularly drawn to arts, culture, and nonprofit organizations where thoughtful storytelling, community connection, and audience development play a critical role in organizational sustainability. However, I am open to government, NGO, corporate, for profit, and other commercial roles in organizations that are mission-driven.
