Explore+ supports Meta data collection via credential-based access, with topic coverage and improved credential flexibility.
This gives you reliable access to Meta content – including Facebook public pages and Instagram business/creator accounts.
This article will cover:
Why this Matters
We’ve made it easier and more flexible to track content from Facebook and Instagram (Meta platforms) within Meltwater Explore+. You can now define exactly what Topics you want to monitor and connect Meta business accounts with just a few credentials — all while staying compliant with Meta’s data policies.
Explore+ now allows you to:
-
Add Meta topic tracking directly into your Meltwater Projects and Saved Searches.
-
Connect a small number of business credentials to collect content from public pages and creators — no need to manage multiple logins.
-
Capture the Meta content that matters most to you, such as brand mentions, competitor activity, and campaign results.
This update gives you a private, secure space to track Facebook and Instagram content in a way that’s tailored to your organization’s needs. You can:
-
Focus on topics relevant to your brand or clients, not just general trends.
-
Scale easily — one credential can unlock access to many accounts.
-
Maintain data privacy and policy compliance, while still getting deep insight.
