Hello Everyone,
We are rethinking the Meltwater homepage, the first place you land when you log in, and we want customer voices at the center of that work.
We’re inviting a small group of new/newer Meltwater users to participate in a 90-minute research session to help shape the future of the homepage. This is not a demo or a presentation. It’s a working session where your real-world experience will directly influence how the homepage looks, feels, and supports your daily work.
During the session, you’ll collaborate with our UX Design team to share what you need most from this space, test early prototype concepts, and help reimagine what a strong first point of entry into Meltwater should be.
What you’ll get out of it
- A direct opportunity to influence how the Meltwater homepage evolves
- Early access to alpha concepts and ideas before they’re released
- A better understanding of how design decisions are made inside Meltwater
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for a diverse mix of participants, including:
- Users who have recently started with Meltwater
- Users who have been on the platform for up to one year
Participants can be based in any region. The only requirement is stable internet access so we can have a productive, interactive session.
How the study will run
The session will begin with a discussion around current homepage pain points and unmet needs. From there, we’ll review and gather feedback on several new visual and functional concepts.
- 90-minute virtual session via Zoom
- February 2026 (exact date to be confirmed)
- Session will be recorded for research purposes only and treated as confidential
- Moderated by myself, I am the VP of Product Design here at Meltwater
If you’re interested in participating, please complete the short survey below to be considered. We’ll select six participants in total.

Thank you for considering being part of this work and helping shape what’s next,
