My institution hasn’t quite yet switched over to the new version of newsletters - and I’ve found that it doesn’t display properly on desktops after it’s sent out.
It looks fine on mobile, but with the desktop version the images don’t load properly and there’s a big spacing between them and the text sections.
Has anyone else encountered this??

Actually, @khiabeauchesne - after checking in, it looks like my Newsletter expert is actually OOO today, so I probably won’t get an answer very quickly. Go ahead and open a support ticket for help with this using either of the methods I mentioned in my previous post. I will follow up here if I get any additional information, but I don’t want to leave you hanging!

I just want to clarify - are you having trouble with classic newsletters, or are you having trouble with new newsletters, which is the reason you haven’t yet made the switch? Thanks for following up! I think the answer is probably going to be to ask you to create a support ticket (you can do so quickly and easily by sending an email to help@meltwater.com, or just use live chat widget in the Meltwater app) but let me check in with the support team to see if anyone else has reported this!
