Sometimes you don’t need a full report; you just need to send a few key mentions to someone important, fast. Whether it’s a key highlight or a breaking story, Meltwater makes it easy to share mentions directly from Explore.

Step 1: Open a Search & Select Your Mentions

Head to Explore in the left-hand navigation and run or open a saved search.

Once you’ve found the coverage you want to share, select one or more mentions using the checkbox on the left of each item.

Step 2: Export Your Mentions

Once selected, you can:

  1. Email Articles: Click the envelope icon ✉️ under each mention to send it to a colleague.

  1. Download a PDF: Click the downward arrow (⬇️) to export a PDF of the content.
  1. Export Excel or CSV: Ideal for internal documentation or further analysis.

💡 Pro Tip: Make These Mentions Easy to Find Later
Before you export, add a Tag to each mention so you can group them for future reports. Tags are like labels — you can create your own (e.g. “Exec Coverage”, “Big Win”, or “Product Launch”).

This helps you track coverage throughout the year, even across different dashboards and exports. Learn how to tag content: Tagging in Meltwater
