Community Actions That Stack Points Like Pancakes 🥞
- Create a Post, Question, or Idea - 20 points
- Criteria: You create the original post. Either a question, idea, or a regular post (blog, something interesting to share, or a non-question conversation).
- Impact on Community: You add value when you share your experience with others.
- Reply to Post - 20 Points
- Criteria: Reply to questions, ideas, and other posts in the community. We want you to engage in the conversation and help others. Don’t be shy - leave a reply!
- Impact on Community: Questions don’t get answered without replies. Replying also helps others know that others have seen their post and are here to help.
- Answer a Question - 25 Points
- Criteria: Your reply is marked with the ‘Solved’ checkmark ✔️ on a question.
- Impact on Community: Answers help the #FriendWithInsight who asked and those who view the question later.
- Indicate an Answer ✔️ - 10 Points
- Criteria: You mark a reply as ‘Solved’ to indicate the answer to your question.
- Impact on Community: Provides clarity on which reply solved your question and focused replies to other questions that need answers.
- Receive an Upvote 👍 - 5 Points
- Criteria: Another #friendwithinsights upvotes your post or reply. Please note, you won’t get points for upvoting your own post.
- Impact on Community: Great questions and helpful replies add to our knowledge base. Upvotes signify that others agree or find it helpful, providing valuable context for those who read the thread.
- Give an Upvote 👍 - 1 Point
- Criteria: Upvote any post with the thumbs up icon or voting mechanism on Ideas
- Impact on Community: Upvotes show the community that you agree or find the content helpful. This also lets others know that their question has been seen, and others find it relevant, even if you don’t know the answer.
Other ways to earn points🌟
Certain community contributions provide bonus points. These contributions, typically require a larger time commitment and thus come with bonus points to match.
- Academy Courses - 100 Points
- an mAcademy badge and points will be awarded for any academy course completed, this includes our release courses.
- #ExpertsWithInsights - 500 points
- Experts will receive points for the month that they post content or run sessions.
- Community Group Leaders - 100 points/monthly
- Our customer-led users group leaders will receive 100 points for each month they lead a group.
- Top 3 monthly contributors - 150, 125, 100 points
- Each month we will recognize our top contributors with a Gold (+150), Silver (+125) or , Bronze (+100) Badge and points.
- Beta Testing - 100 Points/Beta
- Beta testers will receive +100 points for each beta participation
- Community Challenges - # Points
- We will occasionally run community engagement challenges with special bonus point incentives. Follow our Updates blog for announcements and details.
- Attend In-person Meetups - 50 Points
- Members that attend User meetups will receive points
