You might have noticed that the #ExpertsWithInsights channel currently has far fewer #Experts than you’re probably accustomed to seeing pinned to the top of the page. To assist navigating our back catalog of #ExpertsWithInsights content, we’ve started this fresh new #ExpertsWithInsights channel, and renamed the old one: #ExpertsWithInsights (2023) channel. Improving our app’s loading speeds and getting users to value faster is a continuous and evolving journey for our engineering teams at Meltwater. What is it?December saw loading speeds dramatically improve in the content stream, followed by a homepage update to keep the holiday cheer going. The Meltwater homepage now loads in half the time. What’s the value?Less waiting allows you to get to the work you need to do faster. Interact with loaded content on the homepage as soon as it appears. Navigation bar functionality is available in less that one second!
Use your saved tags in Measure as filters in dashboards to make it easier than ever to get post-level insights at the campaign level. What is it?Activate your saved tags in new ways in Measure. This update allows users to apply up to 50 post tags at a time. You can match all of the tags selected or any of the tags selected - if you want to switch between “all” and “any” you can use the quick match all toggle. What’s the value?Campaign managers can now effortlessly analyze tagged content on a post-level basis and identify the characteristics of your highest-performing posts and campaigns. You can now streamline reporting for large and complex datasets by adding up to 50 tags and quickly switching between any or all tags using the quick toggle. This update stops you from getting caught in your customers’ spam filters by capping outgoing emails in a day at 300. Now, if you try to send out more than 300 emails in a day, all remaining will be placed into a queue and scheduled to be sent the next available day. What is it?Until now, when creating a stacked bar chart card on an Insight Page, you were only able to display values as percentages. We’re improving this feature by adding the raw values as a displayed option. As of now, you can choose the displayed value format for stacked bar chart cards. What's the value?Displaying horizontal stacked bar charts in raw values in addition to the existing relative values view will allow you to:Extract real data representation to see the scale of each category you are working with. What is it?Now you can expand all the content assigned to an insight, as well as select all when updating your language or location using the Filters feature in your Analyze Dashboard. What’s the value?See all Content powering an Insight: Trust the data and tell the complete story to stakeholders with confidence. Previously, to see content behind an insight, a specific date or chart selection had to be expanded. Now, you can see all the data behind an insight without being limited to what’s tin the chart or date selection. Select All when using Filters for Language or Location: Sometimes, you have a specific language or location you’d like excluded rather than included.
