Newsletter templates created using the new Newsletters experience (launched February 15, 2024) use customizable templates that can be edited to meet your brand guidelines. For a detailed walkthrough, visit our Help Center guide: Getting Started with Newsletters (New!)

 

For Classic Newsletters: In order to update the banner or logo of your newsletter you will need to send a request to help@meltwater.com or reach out via live chat. You will provide the new banner and/or logo image. Recommended 800px wide, height does not really matter. 

Note: The logo size for the default template (not custom) is fixed in size.
