Live AMA (Ask Me Anything): The New Engage Experience

The news is out - the new Engage calendar, publishing flow, and ChatGPT-powered writing assistant are here, and we’re excited to help get you up to speed on all the new features!

That’s why we’re hosting a live AMA (Ask Me Anything) session with our Engage product team on May 25th, when we’ll answer your burning questions on the new, game-changing experience that will transform how you work.

Top New Features

Just to get you started, here are just a few of the new features that our beta testers particularly loved:

• Drag and drop - You can reschedule posts on your calendar by dragging and dropping.
• A workbench slideout - You now have a workbench that slides out and centralizes all of your to-dos for actioning drafts, approving posts, and making changes to recently reviewed posts.
• Minimize compose - When you’re working on a post, you can minimize the compose window and return to your work after viewing the calendar and looking at other posts.
• Hover hints - Hover and you’ll find info on a post, like tags, assignments, media, and post restrictions.
• Quick actions - A new quick actions button on the postcard lets you edit, duplicate, or delete posts in seconds.
• Drop down when scheduling -  You now have more options at the end of the compose flow. For example, when scheduling, you can choose to schedule, schedule and duplicate, or schedule and create a new post.
• Chat-GPT writing assistant - When you need to improve your message and create multiple variations, you can click to use the AI assistant. You’ll find options to change tone, translate, improve writing, add suggested hashtags and emojis, and apply proven writing models.
