MONITOR environment

 

I currently have two streams monitoring filtering Twitter results based on

Col 1: Author List (contains 9 Twitter Authors)

Col 2: Handle Search Term covering the same 9 Twitter Authors above

 

Here are the results:

 

In theory the results should match exactly (and they do when run through Explore) - What I can’t work out is why the discrepancy?

Hey @Al_S - after speaking with your Support team, they indicated that this could have to do with the date range you set on the streams yielding different results. If the searches are the same (and filters) and yielding identical in Explore, Monitor should behave the same. 

 

To better answer this, our team will need to do some troubleshooting with you to find out what exactly is happening. We advise you to open a Support ticket to look into this in detail 🙏
