Hi- How do I get Mira added to my sidebar like my colleague?  They aren’t sure how they set this up.  It’s missing from mine. 

 

Hey ​@jkreiner - I believe Mira Studio should be on your sidebar automatically - it’s probably a good idea to reach out to support via live chat (you can use the widget in the lower right corner of the screen) to make sure it’s enabled for you.

Hi- It’s not in my sidebar.  The support chat directs me to the MCommunity page where I can learn more about Mira but doesn’t add it to my sidebar

​@Jacinda Espinosa I was told at the summit that those at the summit would have first access to it. I did not have it until this morning. It’s taking some time to go through the prompts, learn how to work with Mira to get what I need, but when I get there…. WOW!  I got tasked this morning with an incredibly quick turn on a project that I’d be lucky to finish in a few weeks. Mira is helping me get better information than I ever expected. Instead of weeks of search building then report customization, Mira is getting it done in a matter of hours with a better analysis of the material than I could have ever dreamed. I’ve been testing it out on other reports I have already finished and Mira came to many of the same conclusions I did after only a few minutes that it took me a month to reach. My best advice, learn the prompt library, understand the language of the follow up questions that Mira asks, learn to talk and instruct Mira, and practice, practice, practice!!!! The payoffs are priceless and I’ve only been working with it a few hours! 

Hey ​@jkreiner and anyone else reading this thread, I apologize for my earlier confusion. Mira Studio has been rolled out as a special perk to Summit attendees. In the coming weeks, Mira Studio will become available to customers with qualifying Meltwater packages.
