In today's Q&A With the Newsletter Product Team Product Workshop, we took a closer look at Newsletter and answered customer questions about creating, curating, and distributing media monitoring updates. The session included live demonstrations of existing workflows alongside newer AI-powered features designed to make newsletter creation faster and more flexible.

We walked through ways to bring additional content into a newsletter, use AI to help prioritize the most relevant coverage, and create audio versions of newsletters for recipients who prefer to listen on the go. The session also covered different ways teams can use newsletters, from regular coverage roundups to executive briefings and more metrics-driven updates.
