Race to summit - Campaign dashboard vzw Kinderkankerfonds
Hi everyone,
During the past few weeks, I participated in the race to summit and discovered some interesting uses of Meltwater! During this race I focused on the charity vzw Kinderkankerfonds which is close to my heart. As a final result, I am providing you with a link to my Campaign Report:
I look forward to hearing your feedback! I’m especially wondering why I don't see the non-profit's own posts on Facebook. Is this effectively because they don't use hashtags in their posts or why does this stay under the radar? Thanks in advance for your input!

This looks really good, @Sofie KH! You gave good insights and commentary as well. Was a bit confused when I saw it was in Dutch, but the graphs make sense :)

Oops, maybe I should have mentioned that it was in Dutch to avoid confusion
For the others, I did do my best to write the insights in English so it's understandable for you guys.

No worries, haha it still makes sense!

Did you find out the facebook handle of the charity you picked and add it to your search? Sometimes the handle is very different from the name of the page, which is why it will not pick up.

@Sofie KH - do you have a Facebook business account connected in Meltwater? Facebook doesn’t allow access to their data for non-authenticated accounts, so you’ll need to be sure you’ve set it up to get access to that data. You can find a walkthrough of how to do that in the Help Center here: Connecting Your Facebook, Instagram, and X to the Meltwater Platform

Ah right, that's the reason! Since I just chose a charity for the race to summit, I did not link a business account of this non-profit organization in Meltwater. I do have a linked business account for our own brand.

How can you find out if the handle is diggerent from the name of the page? I’ve added the name of the Facebook-page but that didn’t change my results.
@Sofie KH - you shouldn’t need to connect the Facebook account for the charity to get results on your search, just having any business account connected should be sufficient.
To search a specific Facebook page, you will actually want to use the page ID and an asterisk wildcard. From the Help Center, here is how to format that boolean:
