Media lists are for keeping Contacts and Publications organized, to enable us in creating targeted list that is focused on building relationship with journalists/publications that we’re adding to it.

The workflow is we Search and find people of interest, we organize them into a Media List. Once we have our list, we reach out to them through Outreach; PR assistant can help us in drafting the outreach through AI.

We can edit this list to keep it up to date, check if there are new journalists relevant to our topic, and creating an outreach for them. We can email, download, or delete these lists. Key metrics are on the top and we can sort it by Open Rate, which further enables us in drafting future outreach efforts.
