You can now view open rates on a contact’s profile, media contact preview, and in the journalists tables in Media Lists.
Previously, open rates were only available for media lists, which could leave you guessing which contacts were truly engaged. Now, with contact-level open rates, you can see right away whose attention your outreach grabs for future targeting to build real relationships and get more earned media, and which journalists aren’t engaged and might need more personalization in future outreaches.
