Three new updates for Klear this week, starting September off with a bang!
Edit Campaign Post Metrics
Use the new Edit Metrics option to manually update campaign post metrics with any performance data captured outside of Klear. Manually edited metrics override Klear captured results, and reflect the new data across Measure dashboards in Campaigns, as well as in single campaign reports and exports.
Accessing performance data for some posts (especially Instagram Stories) can be challenger when influencer authentication is required. Klear’s True Reach provides an overview of performance when authentication isn’t possible, but in some cases you may still request screenshots from influencers to measure success. The ability to edit campaign metrics allows your team to manage your data in one convenient place, and allows you to capture the metrics that matter most to you.

YouTube Search by Handle
You can now search for and manage YouTube influencer profiles using their handle instead of only by channel ID. This update simplifies discovery, streamlines account management, and improves accuracy by allowing you to find and manage YouTubers by their handles that are typically far simpler and more user-friendly than complex channel IDs

Improved Instagram Collab Reporting
Now you can track and measure Instagram Collab posts in Campaigns, even when you are not the designated post owner.
Instagram Collabs are co-authored by multiple accounts, but there is always one designated “owner” of the post. Previously, Klear could only track these posts if the owner was a campaign member, but now it’s possible to track all your Instagram Collabs
As long as the following criteria are met, Instagram Collab posts will be captured automatically without having to add your brand as a campaign member:
- Your Instagram Business Account is authenticated in Klear. To do this, go to the integrations tab in your account settings and follow the setup steps to connect.
- The influencer you are collaborating with is added as a member of the campaign. (See Collaborating on Campaigns)
- The Collab post includes the tracking keyword in your campaign (See What Content Klear Automatically Captures)
Once these criteria are met, the post and corresponding metrics will appear in your campaign Measure dashboard!
