A few callouts:

  • Rules apply only to Conversations
  • Rule actions are for owned social only. Earned is not included.
  • Rules created will be applied on a go-forward basis. We are not able to apply automations retroactively.
  • Some actions aren’t compatible with all social channels. See Limitations in the Help Center article.
