A few callouts:
- Rules apply only to Conversations
- Rule actions are for owned social only. Earned is not included.
- Rules created will be applied on a go-forward basis. We are not able to apply automations retroactively.
- Some actions aren’t compatible with all social channels. See Limitations in the Help Center article.
