  • Showcase your earned media impact with two new insights in your Dashboard, displaying the Engagement Trend over time in a line graph and Top Entities in their own insight views.
  • Drill down into an insight to see the featured content behind the chart.

Social media analysis has traditionally been used for understanding customer engagement and enhancing marketing strategies, it is increasingly important for identifying and addressing disinformation campaigns, which can have a significant impact on brand management and public perception.
