Introducing the option to export a widget as a CSV or image from your dashboard, plus more customizable text formatting.
What is it?
- Download CSV: Select a specific analytic or visualization from the Custom Dashboard and download the underlying data that is used to create that particular analytic.
- Download Image as PNG: Whether you need to download or copy for use in presentation, exporting the insight as an image removes the need to take a screenshot! This was previously available in Classic Dashboards, and addresses a common request.
- Custom Text Formatting: New custom text options in the Custom Text Insight, including fonts, bullets, numbered lists, as well as bold, underline, and italics.
What’s the value?
- Download CSV: Previously, Custom Dashboards showcased a visual representation of the data powering the Dashboard. Now, you can access the raw numerical data behind the Insight for greater transparency and control over the information presented. Verify the accuracy of displayed data, or conduct your own combined analysis in your own reports.
- Download Image as PNG: Reporting on earned media sometimes requires combining visualizations from multiple reports. As with Classic Dashboards, sometimes downloading an image or copying for wider reporting tasks brings the full picture together.
- Custom Text Formatting: Showcase your current campaigns, initiatives, or takeaways for stakeholders. Modify the text to show numbered lists, emphasize your message in italics, or group concepts with bullets.
