Using the Meltwater Mobile App (Closed Beta)

Installing the Meltwater Mobile App

iPhone (iOS) Installation

To install the Meltwater Mobile app on your iPhone, follow these steps:

1. In the Apple App Store, download TestFlight
2. Navigate to your email on your iPhone and open your Beta Invitation email
3. Select View in TestFlight

4. Click Accept
5. Select Install
6. Log in with your credentials.

Android Installation

To install the Meltwater Mobile app on your Android, follow these steps:

1. On your mobile device, open the Google PlayStore
2. Search Meltwater Mobile
3. Scroll to the bottom of the Meltwater Mobile app screen and select Join to join the beta.

 Note: It will take several minutes for the changes to take effect.   

4. Click Install

Using Mira in the Mobile App

1. Open your Meltwater Mobile app
2. Ensure you are on the Mira tab at the bottom of your screen
3. Select one of the prompts from the prompt library, or type in your custom prompt
4. Add more context or answer questions from Mira as needed
5. To use a saved search
   1. Select +Saved Searches

      

   2. Select one or more saved searches to focus Mira's responses using the checkbox(es)
   3. Click Apply

      

   4. Enter your prompt in the textbox
   5. Click the arrow
   6. Mira uses the selected saved searches as context for its response.
6. To view chat history
   1. Select Chat History in the top right-hand corner

      

   2. Select a previous conversation

2. Click Send Feedback

• Submit feedback through the Meltwater Mobile app listing in the Google Play Store

When submitting feedback, please include:

• A brief description of what you were trying to accomplish
• What happened versus what you expected
• Device model
• OS version
• App version
• Screenshots or screen recordings, if possible
