AI Workload Ahead

What strikes me so far at the summit is the amount of work ahead for my team with the integration of AI and the entire shift required from a tools, processes and ways of working perspective. But I’m excited about it and we’ll tackle as a team!

        A big theme across Summit has been that AI adoption isn’t just about adding new tools, it’s reshaping workflows, team structures, skill sets, and even how decisions get made.

        The teams that seem to be making the most progress aren’t trying to transform everything overnight. They’re starting with one or two practical use cases, building confidence, and evolving from there.

        Curious, where do you think your team will start first: content workflows, insights/research, reporting, media monitoring, or something else?
