Steps to complete your mission
1. Set up your alerts
Alerts help you monitor key events, trends, and mentions, so your team is proactive rather than reactive. By keeping you informed in real time, alerts let you seize opportunities, mitigate crises, and strengthen your overall strategy.
- Make sure you have a saved Explore search.
- Select Alerts from the left-hand navigation bar, or follow this in-app guided tour.
- Select Create Alert.
- Follow the how-to guide to learn about every alert option available.
2. Set up your daily digest
A daily digest emails you a recap of all the coverage from the day. Here's how to set one up:
- Click this in-app guided tour, or follow the steps below.
- From Explore, open the saved search you want to use for your daily digest.
- Click the mail icon in the top right-hand corner.
- Select Create Digest.
- Configure your daily digest email:
- Fill out the subject line of the email.
- You can leave everything else as-is.
- Click Save at the bottom of the window.
Every day at 8 a.m. you'll receive a recap of all the news about your brand or company from the previous day.
3. Share it in Community
Post your work to get feedback from our product experts and your peers.
- Start a post in Launch Pad — click here.
- Add a line or two on the alert, digest report, or monitor view you created.
- Attach a screenshot of your settings or the alert that you’ve set up.
