Nonprofit Roundtable: How Do You Maintain Visibility During Funding Challenges?

About this event

In this month’s Nonprofit Roundtable, we’re discussing a challenge many organizations are facing right now: how to maintain visibility and engagement when funding is uncertain or limited.

Budget constraints, shifting donor priorities, and economic pressure can make it more difficult to sustain communications efforts at the same level. At the same time, maintaining visibility is critical for building trust, demonstrating impact, and ensuring continued support from donors, partners, and the communities you serve. This discussion will focus on how nonprofit communicators are prioritizing efforts, maintaining momentum, and adapting strategies to stay visible, even when resources are stretched.

This session is not a webinar. It’s an open, peer-led conversation created for nonprofit communications, marketing, development, and public affairs professionals who want a space to share experiences, compare approaches, and learn how others are navigating similar challenges.

We’ll Discuss

  • How organizations are prioritizing communications efforts during funding uncertainty
  • What channels and tactics are delivering the most impact with limited resources
  • How teams are maintaining donor and stakeholder engagement during challenging periods
  • What messaging helps reinforce credibility and long-term value
  • How monitoring and insights help identify where to focus limited time and budget

This roundtable is part of Meltwater’s Industry Circles program—client-only spaces inside mCommunity where professionals in similar sectors connect, collaborate, and learn how others are using Meltwater to solve real-world challenges in their day-to-day roles.

This session has limited availability, and registration will close once all 35 seats have been filled.
