APAC Roundtable: What's in Your Crisis Communications Playbook?

We're launching our very first mCommunity Roundtable for our customers in APAC! A new discussion series designed to bring communications, PR, marketing, and public affairs professionals together to share experiences, compare approaches, and learn from one another.

To kick things off, we're focusing on a topic that touches every industry and organization: crisis communications.

Whether you're dealing with reputational issues, misinformation, operational disruptions, executive communications, or unexpected events that quickly attract public attention, having a crisis communications playbook is essential. But what that playbook looks like, and how often it's updated, can vary significantly from one organization to the next.

This discussion is an opportunity to compare notes with peers across the region, share lessons learned, and hear how other teams are preparing for and responding to crises in today's fast-moving communications environment.

This session is not a webinar. There will be no formal presentation or slide deck. The value of this discussion comes from participants sharing their own experiences, challenges, questions, and ideas. We encourage everyone to come prepared to contribute to the conversation and learn from fellow communications professionals across APAC.

We'll Discuss

  • What types of scenarios are organizations preparing for most often today
  • What every crisis communications playbook should include
  • How teams determine roles, responsibilities, and approval processes before a crisis occurs
  • What communication channels are most effective during fast-moving situations
  • How organizations balance speed, accuracy, and transparency when responding publicly
  • What role do monitoring and social listening play before, during, and after a crisis

This roundtable is part of Meltwater’s Industry Circles program—client-only spaces inside mCommunity where professionals in similar sectors connect, collaborate, and learn how others are using Meltwater to solve real-world challenges in their day-to-day roles.

This session has limited availability, and registration will close once all 35 seats have been filled.
