You bring the expertise. We help turn it into something customers can use.

We’re looking for practitioners with useful experience, not polished influencers.

A strong Fellow has a clear point of view, real examples, and a genuine interest in helping other customers succeed.

Hands-on experience: You use Meltwater in one of the Fellow use case areas and can show how the work gets done.

Practical examples: You have workflows, reports, searches, dashboards, templates, or lessons other customers could learn from.

Clear communication: You can explain your approach in a way another practitioner can follow. We’ll help with polish and production.

Collaborative mindset: You are open to working with the mCommunity team and helping peers in your use case area.

Availability: You can participate throughout the year, with the heaviest lift happening in the first two months.

Because there is only one Fellow per use case, not everyone who applies will be selected this cycle. Every applicant gets a response. Applicants who are not selected may still be considered for workshops, Roundtables, or other community opportunities.

A few things to know before you apply.

Any English-speaking Meltwater customer with experience in one of the program’s use cases. Agency customers are welcome.

No. We’re looking for practitioners, not influencers. If you can explain how you do your job, you’re qualified. The mCommunity team supports planning, writing, editing, production, and promotion.

Yes. This is a collaboration, not an assignment. The mCommunity team works with you from brainstorming through publishing.

You’ll hear from us either way. You may still be considered for other community opportunities throughout the year.
