Step-by-step guidance that shows how you get the work done, including the decisions and best practices behind the process.
Dashboards, Boolean queries, custom categories, reports, or other assets customers can copy, adapt, and make their own.
Your tips and tricks may become in-product guidance, helping customers when they are actively working in Meltwater.
You’ll walk customers through your approach and serve as a featured voice for Q&A tied to your use case.
Your content will be featured across mCommunity, Help Center, Meltwater Academy, in-product tips, and adoption email campaigns. Your work will not sit in a forum waiting to be found.

Availability: You can participate throughout the year, with the heaviest lift happening in the first two months.
Any English-speaking Meltwater customer with experience in one of the program’s use cases. Agency customers are welcome.
No. We’re looking for practitioners, not influencers. If you can explain how you do your job, you’re qualified. The mCommunity team supports planning, writing, editing, production, and promotion.
Yes. This is a collaboration, not an assignment. The mCommunity team works with you from brainstorming through publishing.
You’ll hear from us either way. You may still be considered for other community opportunities throughout the year.
