The Customer Success Manager - Briefings will lead on client management and commercial opportunities for the news briefing service.



  • Lead on responding to client/partner feedback, with the support of the Project Manager (Briefings) on technical issues
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities
  • Lead on long term commercial strategy
  • Document feedback and work with the Project Manager (Briefings) to identify areas for improvement
  • Work on tenders
  • Work with relevant stakeholders on pricing / commercial elements for new business
  • Lead on renewals
  • Look to grow direct client base
  • Support other commercial leads in times of absence





  • Educated to bachelor’s degree level
  • Tenacious and ambitious
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
  • Organised, efficient and driven
  • Able to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • Commercial acumen

· Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Ability to interpret a brief to ensure client requirements are met
  • Proficient knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Sheets



  • Understanding of budgeting and profitability
  • Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role
  • Experience of working in a B2B environment



OTE £30,000 per annum



UK-based. Remote working optional.
